You will be sent an email notification at every step of the ordering process, and you can log into your MuscleDevelop account at any time and check the status also. Below are the status meanings:
''Pending'' - Order has been placed, awaiting payment.
''Processing'' - Payment has been made/received.
''Complete'' - Order shipped.
If you don't receive the email notifications, then I suggest try adding our emails to your contacts, so that they don't end up in your spam/junk folder. Also make sure you're not using Hotmail/Live/MSN as these email providers tend to get failed delivery reports and you won't receive any emails at all.
Also orders are processed a little slower over the weekend, as nothing is shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. If you make payment over the weekend then your order will most likely be shipped on Monday.
You can also shoot me a PM if you have a query or a problem with your order.

I placed my order Wednesday, tracked fund transfer and it was picked up Thursday and I never heard from MD so I presume, no you won't hear from them regarding getting the info or if it has been picked up. It looks as though you'll just get a notice that you've placed the order, that they are awaiting funds, and then when it ships.
You would have got a notice when you submitted collection details to us, your order would have been updated to processing. If your order wasn't updated to processing then it's likely there's a problem with your payment and you should contact me. Shoot me a PM with your order number and I'll check it out for you mate.
Just noticed the email saying it was Processing. For some reason it went to a different folder (while all the other MD emails went to the normal inbox...weird). It did update to "Processing" Thursday though so all is good. Thanks bro
