That's because it's so much hassle getting anything into the UK from China. I'd like to say things will get easier and Rips, Hyges, Getropin etc will all be in stock again soon, but it seems to only be getting more difficult.
I have expanded the Pharma (Human) Grade HGH range, which I know is expensive, but in terms of quality you are getting a hell of a lot more bang for buck!

the price for MD's pharm grade is actually a steal, and people don't realize it. I had a family member give me Genotropin from his Medical Clinic's fridge, and it cost him $800 to get 40iu. That's what it cost HIM to get it from Pfizer.
