Sorry about all that bud, when you get a name change you never call. You go to a teller and have them do it. There's a chance since you called and didnt go in and not gonna call the guy back you might get banned from using that service under your name. It happens from time to time. A receivers name gets frozen. And sending to many in a short period can get you banned as well. Calling is a bad no no, for future reference. You just go in person so they pull it up and do it right there. I've had to do it, went in person they canceled refunded me and did a new transfer. No questions asked. There is no way id call them, the people on the phone sre trained. Most peoppe in person dont care, they hate there job's. They have there own problems just wanna get through the day and to the next customer in line. And all you have to say its for a friend or family member. I just say its a friend I was in the service with needing some help. No questions asked
