In my case 14weeks, so after that period of time is when I can give a full detailed review on product quality and effectiveness, duration ran, weight gained, pip etc etc.

There is no fault in your comment man...like you said, 14 week is an average cycle of test E and most of write up a review at the end of a cycle as there is no point doing it halfway as things could change or go wrong.
No 14 week cycle is by any means not the average,maybe 10 or 12 , and no it does not make sense that so many people get this stuff directly when it comes out and do a 14 weeks cYcle and write their reviews all at the same time directly after they took their last injection
