Can someone give me some more info on what's going on.
I ordered from the amtech promo at the beginning of the year and last I heard MD was getting round to everyone sending out replacement stuff. Been patient and have waited but come back on to see that it now looks like he's giving store credit for the value. Is this right ? If so do I just wait to get a code or do I message the man him self? A little info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Another post! Got my code and placed order just waiting to get email with payment info. Looking at a few things I think there's more to this whole delay issue than has been divulged, and if that's the case I owe the source an apology. Replacement code worked. Order in for some pharma ais and pct meds. Tracking # received and is working already. Order was in Friday. Not bragging just hoping to give everyone a little hope that MD is working on resolving this. And for the record I only sent him one pm regarding this and waited for a reply which took two and a half months for so I've been patient

I got my Pharmacom course from MD
Must say there sust is strong and almost pip free..
Running there deca blend with it also and 100mg of proviron per day...
Working out well and keeping the Mrs on her toes lol
The Nan-600 has bit of pip and is really thick but that with the pharmacom Test 500 was awesome just doing twice weekly injects. Can get Pharmacom Sust 500 elsewhere but apart from all this, I got orders from MD before and was brilliant service/product etc. Rather make one order and pay one lot of delivery and (I'm at home now with the baby during the week) answering the door is a major thing in itself. My daughter plays up every time the doorbell goes. At least with MD I even know when it's coming etc...

If I was him and I'm sure glad I'm not I would be reluctant to put you first in line when it comes to replacements / store credit.

Well I've worked in customer service and complaints over the past 15 years and this is the worst example of dealing with an issue I've seen. He treated us all badly so I don't see why I shouldn't expect to be treated better. Being ignored constantly is frustrating. Look fella think about it this way if the shoe was on the other foot and this was your SI page how would you feel ?? I'm not saying you're the only one that has knocked MD but you sure are when it comes to the frequency of comments.
A man is only as good as his word and to be truthful if you never receive replacements / voucher store credit will it honestly surprise you after all you have wrote? It certainly won't surprise me......
I sincerely hope you get store credit I honestly do but you may just may have burned your bridges when it comes to this source and the more you post negative comments the more likely it is that you will continue to be ignored.
I honestly expect him not to give me anything. I would just like a response at some point. I've sent quite a few emails, made an order since this mess up, and apart from this one issue the source is top class. If I get told I will get an email response and I don't and this happens on more than one occasion I do honestly think that is poor. And I have no idea if anyone else is experiencing these issues as nobody else is saying anything. If it's only myself that's not dealt with then the source should be taken off hiatus and restored into rankings.. if it's just myself he has an issue with than that's cool, and the mods can reinstate him
chrisellis1678what people are forgetting is that is was your good idea to give store credit which md has obviously thought would be a better option at this point so you deserve your store credit more than anyone just for thinking of the original idea
I just want it dealt with. Because as much as yes I've filled the page a lot (just looked back, my God I'm like an obsessive girlfriend), the source is, apart from this, top class. Sort this issue and get out of hiatus, do a promo that works well, get back to being ranked highly, and then this will a page filled with normal discussion like how great the pharmacom range is, etc etc
Another point, I had an issue with bunk gear from other source (lab since discontinued). Spent £250 on that but wasn't their lab. They did 2 things, apologised and gave me a discount on a small (£46) order i made. I basically got what I bought on cost. How do I feel about that? Fine. They are also Eroids source. You won't find any reference to it on Eroids at all. Because they did SOMETHING. And it took less than a day to resolve. That's great service. I would review the product but it was something they were trialling that didn't go onto website (although decent quality) and didn't think appropriate to review something not on source website.
