I haven't tried the 3 days per week and only tried it 5 days a week missing out Saturday and Sunday but now running it 7 days a week..
If your willing to run upto 30 iu a week you would be better in splitting that by 6 and taking 5 iu at 6 days per week that way your getting a constant build.
First thing in the morning and then wait around 40 mins before eating or sugar etc may blunt the GH.

ha ha you rude man . when eroids whent down yesterday it was like i just came out of a coma i looked round the room and realised i had a misses and 2 dogs . i just kept pressing the refresh button trying to get back lol
