4iu will be 1 hour before my first meal
4iu will be pre work with protein, carbs and creatine consumed after workout
3iu pre bed time....the lesser amount of GH before bed to not suppress my own GH release to much
Day time GH is pharma and night time GH is Generic
EOD to keep the body guessing and in a bid to keep the muscle full with larger shots eod rather than small shots on a daily basis
