nuknukIn my opinion, since the site has been hacked and copied in full along with the customer base, and the owner of the site didn't do a mailout to notify their customers, the owner bears full responsibility. And if someone gets defrauded, they are simply obligated to repay all damages. Otherwise they should just shut the site down! And how come they still haven't fixed the way the site runs?
MD Really should have circulated an automated email to customers, not difficult to do. Instead, it was pot luck if customers saw MD's post in time, which I didn't. Hard to take this is, an auto email warning of this isn't too much to ask surely.
