I personally have only used it as a precautionary in the past. Bloods came back good at even half the "usual" dose every 3 days. If you have had gyno issues in the past an AI is probably not a bad idea. Otherwise look into nolva perhaps, less harsh on cholesterol levels

What are you taken that’s making you retain water? You may be able to control that with diet and cardio. But regardless, quads adex is good bud.

I’ve only tried deca once 13 years ago, so can’t speak on that. What helped me with the cyp was taking it m/w/f instead of just twice a weak. It’s helped me stay more stable and less estro and water retention. Best of luck

I have sent a friend request to QUADFATHER1 so that I can send a PM. This is my 1st time ordering from him but sadly it's been 32 days since I placed my order and have had no communication.
