Well i am always up for advice from you guys ans i will do that, i ran a few kits last year and only did 2 iu and i got nothing so i think the gh was shitty, came from out of the states. But with quads gh getting the good reviews it does ill switch it up thanks bro!!
My point really was. To take it everyday. Instead of 5 on 2 off. I've been on quads HGH since February started at 2iu EVERYDAY. And just recently bumped it up to 3iu. I can't tell a difference honestly. My goal is fat loss and to recomp my whole cycle. So, I guess it depends on goals.
But, take HGH everyday. Ur body produces it everyday. People only do the 5 and 2 to save money. That's why I suggested 2iu everyday instead of 3.
I also took some igf -1 lr3 w my hgh in the beginning. And wow man. That definitely was a good combo. When off cycle.
I'll keep that in mind and I didn't know they did the 5 band 2 for saving money. I have money so that's not an issue. And I am going for the same goal as you with the fat loss. I'm already 6feet 2.5 inches and 240 so I am not witted about size. And I just ordered some IGF 1LR3 your the second dude to tell me that shit kick starts well with gh. thanks again

U will like the igf,hgh combo. If your goal is fat loss 2iu everyday w some igf -1 lr3 is a really good start. U will like the results for sure. I did.
I didnt take that wrong about the money thing lol.....so how long can i run the IGF1 LR3, ive heard from another dude only for a month, i have ran it before and love it, but i only did 3 to 4 weeks, and thats my only goal i cant get rid if the ten pounds hanging aound my waist.

where do you get the igf-lr3? bro??? I am currently taking 600mg week primo and 250 sust. spit twice a week from quad....and also taking his gh.....on the gh for about a month at 2 iu a day 5 days..not feeling anything yet, so I just uped it to 3iu a day 6 days..today is the last day of week for me.....what is your take on it sense you have been on for a while, and it sounds like you really know your stuff brother.....

I'm going to send u a friend request as well. HGH. Is a slower process. The results are kept. As far not feeling anything. What do u mean ? Sides? The only sides I ever notched. Were, hair and nails growing faster. Skin tighter. For the first month I was always tired. Better sense of well being. Run 2iu everyday. Go through 2-3 kits and u still won't FEEL anything. But, I guarantee u will look different !

4 weeks started with another source 5 weeks earlier. So total 9 weeks. Other source which I will not name top 10 sources is definitely underdosed. Acne was a huge issue. Never had that issue before ever with primo.
