It's more relative to what you're used to. I've always pulled any prop w/EQ together and found that pip isn't a problem. A quad pin wouldn't be much fun for me, so I stay in the more meaty area with any prop to be safe.
new to gh ,after reading all these awesome reviews im now going to order my first kit from Quad. From the gh photo on the site it looks like it needs to be mixed w BAC wtr. Does Quad include that or must that be purchased separately ?

Had a killer leg workout last night. I have found a new love n training legs n the 15-25 rep range. W supersets and drop sets. I'm finally getting the fine detail I've always try n get. So, I'm throwing the old banana hammock on and take n kids to water park.

Hell yeah. I've been finishing them off w 225lb back squats. Atg 4 sets of 20 reps. Superset w lunges. It's brutal. And I almost throw up every time. Lol..
