I've tries just about all his oils and there all very good. Alot of times high mg gear is underdosed, but his seems spot on.

Hey guy (i asked quad to). I went to get blood work done about a month ago and liver enzymes were high AST at 74 and ALT at 123. I started taking LIV 52, TUDCA, and milk thistle. Do you think that would help? Any suggestions? Dosage? Getting blood work done again April 6. Did a cycle of quads test, var and tbol last summer and liver enzymes were elevated above normal but not like this, just 10points. Did SARMS to bridge, that may have messed my shit up. Looking forward to getting your advice. Thank you.
ScarecrowLong story short, I took some ovals and liver values were in the 600's. I pounded every liver support supplement I could find and they made no difference. The values continued to drop the same amount every two weeks regardless if I was taking 5 grams of milk thistle or not. Point is, 74 & 123 are absolutely nothing to worry about. Give your body 3-4 weeks and of taking any orals and the levels will return to normal.
