Quad is definitely reliable and the best source I've ever had. I've been working with him for six years and except for occasional tech issues or maybe waiting on something that is out of stock I have never ever had a single problem, issue or been disappointed. The last time he contacted me was October 19th. I have replied several times by email, pm and through his website and have not heard back. It has only been 4 days but it is a little unusual and I truly hope he is doing well.
