Hey guys ..been a muscletek user for over a year and he always follows thru..he did inform me on Thursday that he was replenishing his stock..and I just got the pack he sent out that day..that is a very good sign ..and as far as the site being down I think he just needs to renew his sinscription
Just to update anyone who hasn't heard from Quadfather. I have been using him as my only source for 6 years. Yes this has been very unusual for Quad to be so far behind but I just spoke with him in the past couple days. He has had some very serious and difficult personal issues and family type emergency things. He just sent me the rest of an order I placed several months ago and said he is just starting to recover and get stocked back up again. He hasn't had time to deal with the website issues or check email either. He said to pm him with tracking numbers and invoice information for now and he is doing his best to get caught up with everyone. When you pm him just say tracking number and invoice in the subject line. In your pm give him your tracking number and address info to help make it easier for him to look you up. Please do your best to remain calm and understanding in your communications. Remember he has always cared about his reputation and customers but as I stated before he has had some very serious personal emergency situations to deal with but he will make it right with all his customers. It is frustrating for a lot of people but I wanted to pass on this info as I hope it is helpful to everyone that doesn't know what is going on. Remember in subject line of pm say tracking #/invoice.
In the pm write out your tracking number and shipping address to help him find your info easier. I am relaying this information exactly as Quad had instructed me to do with mine. I hope this is helpful to some of you that may be frustrated or even just pissed but please try to keep communication as polite and understanding as possible. This has been a very difficult time for Quad but he is a one man business and he is working hard to get caught up.
i have pm'd him with my order stuff multiple times and well before you making this post. im just looking to completed my order bc i only received part of it and have received zero responses to the probably 10 separate messages i have sent.
I wish I had more info for you. I am confused and concerned because after 6 years of service I have never seen anything like this as far as the lack of communication. I feel terrible as a customer and friend especially when he has always been a stand up guy that responds so well and quickly. I just spoke with him about a week ago when he pmd me. I have sent several pms back even urging him to inform everyone if he is at least okay and I'm still waiting to hear something:/ I'm going to keep trying to email and pm him and hopefully make contact. I'm very sorry for your frustration but I understand and I know everyone would be happy just to get the pms back down to normal and even a general message to everyone from Quad on the discussion page would at least help
Thanks for the update. I've been using only Quad for almost 3 years and he never let me down. I have recommended him to several friends. His gear is top notch and smooth. He is always professional and polite when there have been small problems whether it was a mistake on my end or his on his side and threw extra for free to make it up. I hope he is doing better.

i know Quadfather has had issues with powders and everything else. im just looking for some contact i have pmd, emailed, and messaged from website with my order number as well as my tracking number, from our original conversation thread as well as new ones multiple times and have yet to receive a response to any of them. I just want some form of contact to reassure and know a time frame on receiving the rest of my order i made almost 2 months ago since i only received partial as he ran out of stock before getting mine shipped out. i know things happen and they cause delays, so im not trying to complain about that im just looking for contact and a response updating me on my inquiries. Iv known him quite a while, and if I have learned anything about quad over the years its that hes a straight up guy and everyone (including myself) will get their orders.
I can attest, although I went with a different source this round, he always fulfills everything and is a standup source. In the past he has hooked me the fuck up when late.
