Hey everyone.. hope all is doing well I'm on my second cycle I'm on the 6th week out of 12 all test and tren that's the whole cycle.. and it's kicking ass.. I like what quad said train less I have done that for the last 5 years you don't need or at least I don't need to be in the gym six days a week I get my four days in I work hard I'm out of there in an hour and I feel like it the best results that way your body needs to rest and recover and it only recovers when you're sleeping resting eating.. but quad father made a good point..

Hey everyone.. hope all is doing well..! I don't know a lot of guys that are around here cuz I've been off for a while I was fighting cancer of the bladder for the last 6 months up until February.. and I've been using quads gear for like 7 years.. so when I went back on 2 months ago the results have been incredible.. and I can't even push as hard as I used to for now in the gym..
