Yes, he will probably never answer ur emails. You need to send him a friend request and he will accept it and you can dis cuss your order status from there. No, quad doesn't send tracking # . Gear hits the door in less than a week from time donation is picked up. Hope that helps

This needs to be said when i read so many people being screwed out of their hard earned money from other sources. Dealing with quad for years and never disappointed from timing to communication to quality. My order is always here in 2 days after donation. Except this time 5 days nothing, so I contacted him. He immediately responded that he was out, apologized, and assured me I will have my pack within a week. To the day pack arrived. Quad is a man of his word, honorable, hard to find not only here but in life.

It usually has nothing to do with the source. It is most always a problem with the consumer. Not following proper instruction, writing wrong shipping address, sending incorrect donations. Also some folks dont wanna bother reading and looking into places. They jump on here make an account and jump on the first say top 2 sources. There is a lot A LOT of untold heroes around. Lol

i agree with you there. But majority of the time it all works out. when shit starts going bad you usually can pick up on certain things. PMs piling up, a promo looking to good to be true, the way they do business changing up entirely. Reviews start looking bad, discussion board is full of neg stuff. I mean there is alot of things. Guess im just more cautious.
