Liquid Drol question. I shake it up really good and mix it with apple juice to mask the taste which is horrible btw lol. Its still crystallized, should I heat it up? I just want to make sure I’m getting the most even dose as possible.

Most def if the hormone is crashed you will not get a correct dosage at all, you will have to heat it up to get it back in suspension
