My dosage is 500mg per week pinning once a week. Keep in mind that I suspect that the source i used for the first six weeks was underdosed. This is my first cycle in many years.
I found the test flu thing to be very individual. I got a friend who pins once a week just fine. But have another buddy who needs to split his Test into 3 separate shots per week! I suggest you hit up .7-.75mL twice a week as was said before!
I wonder if i should lower the dose to avoid getting the flu?

I'm on week 8 of a test e cycle and 2 weeks ago I switched from another source that I thought was underdosed to mppharma test 400 and have gotten test flu after each of my test400 shots. Is that normal? I've never gotten test flu before, so I was just wondering if it's something in the oil causing it.
Man up and ride it out. I switched to MPs t-400 after using another sources for 8 weeks. Got a real BAD case of test flu when I switched to MPs. BUT I know that's how my body reacts when my test levels shoot up dramatically. Which tells me the test I was on before MPs was under dosed and MPs is properly dosed.
In any case, test flu always lasts around 6-12 days for me and then it passes. If you are anything like me, take it as a good sign. That test is hitting you and your levels are going up! Good luck!
I really really think that the most of the 400+ cc´s that people buy are underdosed... because usually soon they get on my T400... lots complain about test flu =p
But get use to it... and gains will come much faster =)
