Je suis loin d'etres un client chiant, j'ai passez commande chez vous des que la boldo était en stock, dans les jours qui suivent j'ai effectué le paiement, l'argent a été retirer et jusqu'a aujourd'hui vous n'avez toujours pas fait la mise a jour de mon statu sur votre site internet et ne prévenez même pas.
En moin de deux jours la boldo est déjà en rupture de stock. Je dois insisté pour avoir une réponse de votre part je vous ai envoyé plus de 5 mail sur vos deux adresses e-mails pour enfin savoir que ma commande est traité et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de numéro de suivi.

Sent 3 emails and 1 pm to MP now over the last quarter weeks. Made and paid order 5 weeks ago. Still no sign of it and no answers about providing tracking number. Going to give it a week more before I review.
Had problems with previous order which he sorted out instantly and I received it 5 days later. So don't know what the problem is.
Problem solved again. MP always comes through. This time took a little longer to receive products. Will review soon. But oils are very smooth!
