WithdrawlVery normal. Tracking for international packages is usually pretty terrible. My last international pack said it was at the origin facility until the day I got it, so don't worry if it doesn't change for a while, or at all.

So far so good as far as ordering goes. I was getting email replies at 4am their local time. There was a slight issue with payment but they have gone above and beyond to make it right. Tracker sent to me today. We shall see how quick delivery is. But so far I have been impressed with their service.
