And how many do u take per day
The bottle says 2 capsules 3x daily, but I think that is for people with damaged livers. What I've seen is 1capsule 3x daily gives good results that shown in blood tests of people running heavy orals. If I'm not mistaken, I remember seeing a post by Nitti, saying that he has run the product while on heavy orals, and his liver values were all in range.
