At least it did something. I've been sitting at shipping label created since August 21st. That's it. It's like they just create some bullshit shipping label to give us a tracking number to shut us up. I don't think they ever even packed my order.
Try putting the tracker in 517track.com
Other trackers can’t pull the data from its travels overseas. It’ll tell you when it’s scheduled to leave china and updates on customs clearance.

nah thats not how they work. its not shipped directly from china to us, it usps tracking from when they ship it from their warehouse in nyc.
I’m well aware how it works. I’ve purchased plenty of times from several different CN vendors, including this one. The post office tracking number they give if you look on ID won’t update until it lands in NY and the new label gets slapped on. However, that label is tied to the international label and 517track can often times pull that info and you’ll see the first leg of its travels before it gets the new label.

Have you ever tried? Put your tracker in 517track to see if anything populates? It does happen even with this source. I’ve personally had it. And then I’ve also had ones from this same source that literally never updated on any app and it just showed up on my mailbox like 45 days after ordering.
All I’m saying is he should put it in that tracker if he’s so worried about it, as it’s possible extra info may populate.

Emailed them for an update and nothing, they have responded to my other few emails fairly fast but not this one apparently it’s now been almost a month since tracking was made and 0 movement or updates, not even in a facility or anything

I placed an order and they emailed me saying items were out of stock if I want refund or exchange. I've been asking for a refund for over 2 weeks now and have yet to receive it. Not sure why they would allow items on an out of stock item but good luck getting any type of refund from them I've been trying for weeks now.

Not defending this guy because he had issues prior to all this but on Aug 27th, the De-Minimus exception went away for packages under $800 which all of these (regardless of actual value) fell into. This has created a bottleneck at the departing countries carriers as they work out the new process. I'd imagine they are trying new ways to get these accepted as inexpensively as possible and the paperwork is extensive. I have a multi year relationship with a provider in India that would always provide tracking within a day but my last order from 2 weeks ago hasn't even been shipped yet as they sort through all this. I think it will work out as they always find a way and once enough US citizens start complaining that their xmas gifts are late I am sure something will be worked out.

Not sure about that. A few months ago I waited 3 weeks and got the goods. It was another source though. I would say after 2 months of no update on tracking,...yeah you're pretty much cooked.
