Their communication is superb. I placed an order in Dec and another one in Jan. I had questions about the bogo, and free shipping. They responded within 5 min. Patience is also important. Once you get your tracker, it might sit stagnant for 2 weeks. My first order was in transit for 20+ days. I emailed them to find out what is happening. They responded within a few minutes. Must have gotten held up at customs. He said he would replace the entire order. Next day, I had a new tracker. Both packs are scheduled to hit next week. Can't beat the prices! But the communication is just as important!

Ordered the 10th, sent out the 15th, got hung up for 7 days and then today, yahtzee! Sorry the image is turned weird, I couldn't get fix it.
