Okay now I've climatized to it I can see it probably tastes nice - But at first I thought it was a plate of Cat sick!! LMAO Yeh mate so lots of protein on there etc but Jesus mate JUST that until 9pm at night??!! To put weight on you need to be constantly putting down carbohydrates and protein through out the day. It doesn't mean eat a huge meal every 2 to 3 hours, it means eat or drink something almost constantly that is heavy nutritious type food. Sandwiches, Jacket Potatoes, Even Big Mac meals! Chicken & Rice, Protein shakes etc. It should be a case of you should never feel massively hungry because you are always full of food, if you do get hungry its just a bit and then you eat ASAP. Dextrose laden soft drinks also help slam weight on you real good, put it in shakes too. I must admit that I use a lot of paper plates too - when you are eating constantly it just means you can bin the plate each time and not have to rinse it or wash it LOL The Lazy mans way!!!

I still got like 3 days of this in the fridge, don’t get in my head!!!! it’s the Oprah of foods: My god anything but that for dinner, but because its so rich (in proteins lol) I’ll forget about the taste and looks. You bastards! Hahahaha.
Ya man I mean I’ll sneak in some homemade wannabe nurti -grain bars with jam for filling and bread as the pouch that holds the granola suspended in jelly, if my daughter or god daughter or their separate groups of friends, I usually end up with a shit ton of junk food in the car but I can’t do it man. It tastes fucking amazing but it’s just so much easier to eat one huge meal in the day and one like 3hrs before bed so ~9pm every night is when I should be cleaning the sink of dishes after knocking out a plate.
We wanna kind of steer her away from what her friends think of as “normal” eating habits of 7/11 and McDonald’s early and are seeing positive results. We all had that friend who’s family made fuckin amazing food and you could pretty much cancel out most of the negatives of the sleepover or the factors that made staying there at that sleepover bad by eating a shit ton of good food. We’re aiming to be that family since dieting and shit is all the rage these days, we have our spice garden, we have our regular garden, we’re adding a vine & stem tubing patch to that by the end of the year, we try really hard not to eat out but for me I just don’t have an appetite dude and it has to be from abuse of the body from my past, that or I’m still recovering from alcohol but my year mark was 6 days ago so I feel like that’s enough time for recovery.

+1 for the food porn. That looks like a very robust plate to me. Although, idk if I’m misunderstanding, you’re saying that’s it until nighttime!? No way lil brother. 2-3 hours tops, you need to eat again, regardless of the size of a meal. This is why I personally opt for smaller, more frequent feedings
What is on that plate? I'm sorry but i wouldn't feel hungry if i was looking at that either. Maybe try food you really like and that is tasty? Just my experience. My appetite goes up and down with the seasons. So summers a struggle.

This sounds weird but i actually been having those big cans of tuna mixed with mayo on daves multi grain bread. For breakfast. So that's 75 gram of protein from the tuna. And 104 grams of complex carb. It's simple quick. And i feel great after.

We put it on everything now so the kiddo gets some freakin greens in her diet but it’s just kale, avocado a little fresh pestle & mortar ground rosemary and full milk cottage cheese and a tablespoon of honey. Almost no fat, like 15g of protein, a little dairy, and some veges with the kale and something to make it not taste so healthy lol.
It really does go good on anything, 2 months ago and you would’ve seen a ton of hot sauce in there.
