I’m at 28 days, multiple different trackers given and no movement.
So a quick update. For the 3rd time in a than a month I am being told the courier lost my package and is being reshipped. This is after being given multiple assurances that the package was shipped and telling me to “please wait”. Basically just stalling me for a month when I knew something was right.
I received my 4th+ different tracker which shows the package has not actually been received but again being told it’s on the way and the specific courier site isn’t accurate which in my long experience is 99% accurate. It’s like Ground Hog Day every day with this order and the list of bs excuses keeps growing.
I'm very sorry, sometimes the tracking numbers don't update in time, but it's actually already in transit

What sucks even more is seeing him post another promo which is gonna bog him down more. Maybe fix the issues before running another big promo.
Well without saying too much they use a 2 step shipping method so not having movement for a 7-10 days could be normal

Is the 12-15 days for domestic? I’m 12 days in and they sent me tracking but it was for another persons pack which arrived in another state. This is my first experience with this company.
