Is anyone running the GLOW? Wanted to get some dosing protocol recommendations. Would be in combination with HGH-5IU daily.
I’ve run BPC-157 and TB-500 on and off for a couple of years for various injuries, but adding GHK-Cu separately made a noticeable difference. I run GHK-Cu about 30 minutes before anything else because it acts more like an upstream signaling peptide, helping prime tissue repair and remodeling pathways before the heavier repair agents come in. Keeping it separate also avoids muddying the response and lets its copper-dependent effects fully kick in instead of getting lost in a blended stack. For me, spacing it out improved tissue quality and recovery in a way stacking everything at once never did.
Have you ever had some of the Nausea that some people report using TB-500?
I tweaked my RTC a few weeks ago and need to get on some healing peptides regularly, tendons are suffering being an old bugger now LOL
I’m older as well, but no, I’ve never experienced nausea from it, nor have I really heard of that being a common issue. If someone did experience nausea, I’d expect it to be mild. In that case, I’d suggest taking it right before bed to minimize any discomfort. That’s how I handle any compound that might cause side effects. For example, I take niacin for PCT at night so the flush is barely noticeable. If I took it during the day, the flushing and heat would be awful.
Bottom line: even if I did experience some discomfort, I’d still take it. The benefits far outweigh the temporary discomfort. Optimization sometimes requires a little sacrifice.
Have run the BPC/TB500 blend for wrist and elbow tendinitis. Both cleared up in about 3 weeks without changing my exercise patterns. Haven't taken the ghkcu.

Thats really low dosage for TB imo & wheres the GHK? That's the secret sauce, especially w/ the 5iu's of GH he's running.
For me during an acute injury phase, this is what I run. 1 mg BPC daily, dosed locally (.5 mg AM / .5 mg PM). 2 mg TB EOD and GHK daily subQ at 5 mg total (2.5 mg AM / 2.5 mg PM), for 6 weeks then reassess. Since you’re older like me, this assumes you’re already running GH in the 4–7 IU range and testosterone at your normal dose. Side note: I’ve looked into KPV and I’m interested, but I haven’t tried it yet, mostly because of the added cost and because this protocol works extremely well as-is.
Cheers buddy - So since you run different dosing protocols with the BPC and TB, I assume this means you buy the compounds separately rather than them both being mixed into 1 vial? I like the idea of them both being in 1 vial ideally as it often works out cheaper normally 5mg + 5mg but are you saying you can't really run them the same as each other?
Good question. Yes...I buy them separately on purpose. It’s not that they can’t be run together, it’s that they don’t really want to be run at the same dose, frequency, or timeline if you’re trying to be precise.
BPC works best for me as a daily, consistent signal, especially when dosed locally. TB is more of a systemic repair signal, so I prefer it EOD or even spaced further out depending on the phase. GHK is similar to BPC for me in that it responds better to steady daily exposure, usually at a higher total dose, and I don’t like tying that to TB’s cadence.
When they’re premixed, you’re basically forced into one dosing strategy for all three, which removes flexibility. Combo vials are fine if cost and simplicity are the priority, and they’ll still work, but separate vials give you more control. For acute injuries especially, that flexibility has made a noticeable difference for me.
Would honestly just buy the compounds together and run them together. Makes pinning less and it’s made readily available in that state for you. You can apparently run much high dosages than what I ran but those dosages have done the trick.
