If it’s in powder format then yes I’d be comfortable using it within 12 months and not worrying much about degradation.
Technically speaking if it was in a cool/dark environment that would be just as good, but refrigeration is a good insurance policy to hedge against anything unexpected happening like your AC going out in the middle of the summer.
Of course once reconstituted be sure to store the vials refrigerated.

Question, what’s up with the differences in your hgh? A whole lotta choices and I want to say they all look incredibly juicy.
Mainly, the amount of HGH per vial, aswell as the price per IU.
Some batches, including Supreme C and Deluxe D have tested with zero dimer (Deluxe D had some samples test with Zero dimer, some with VERY low dimer, Supreme had 8 samples showing no Dimer)
Many stipulate that lower dimer = less side effects, although this hasn’t been fully elucidated to my knowledge, in any sort of academic setting.
I can't find any studies on dimer. D-dimer studies show up, but that's in the body.
