You can convert the mg to IU they send full vials I wanna say titan is around 30iu if it’s 10mg that’s about 30 if it’s 11mg that’s 31ius

I tried 1 vial and upped the dose and legit nothing at all. I know for a fact I’d feel it upped dosage. How long till you guys noticed better sleep on hgh? I've been on 3 iu of the titan for a week now and no improvements yet. I sleep anywhere from 2-5 hours a night waking up multiple times the past few months.
