Im trying, I wish you had a grocery store to cause healthy food is expensive. I tried to order some buffalo and its crazy expensive.
Chicken tenderlings come in a bag for $8. Small breast pieces. Almost no fat and high in protein. I can't afford expensive either. Chicken tuna and fat free milk are the easiest.
haha you just layed out the majority of my diet to a T bro! except i got boiled eggs, store brand oatmeal and white rice and good old fashioned lunchmeat sandwiches. ive got the affordable high i protein diet down, but i still need to work on getting the 'eating every 2ish hours while at work' down hahah. i gotta sneak off and eat fast as hell so my boss dont see and start gettng diwn on me!
