You could make your own liquid suspension. Cialis has almost no solubility in water or alcohol, plus you have all the fillers and binders, so mixing ground up pills with a thick solution that keeps it all suspended might work.

Grind up pills using a mortal and pestle or use a coffee/spice grinder. You want the poweder to be uniform, no different sized chunks or the dosing will be inconsistent. If you use a coffee grinder that you also use for other things, run some rice through it and then wipe it down with a damp cloth (let it dry before using!). Do this before and after.

You can buy an oral compounding suspension online (like humco or ora-plus) or make some thick homemade simple syrup (let it cool before using. This isn’t as stable as commercial preparations and won’t keep as long).

If you want to make 30ml of suspension with a concentration of 10mg/ml (30ml x 10mg/ml = 300mg) using pills that are 20mg each:

Take the bottle, jar, or whatever you are going to do this in and add 10-15 ml of your liquid syrup (we don’t add the entire amount because the ground up pills have volume too and we a final volume of 30ml)

Grind up 15 of the 20mg pills (20mg x 15 = 300 mg) and add them to your syrup and mix.

Add a few drops of vodka to help preserve.

Add enough additional syrup to bring the total volume of your suspension up to 30ml and mix.

You now have an oral suspension that contains 10mg/ml. Label the container with drug name, concentration, date.

If you want to dose 5mg/day, use an oral syringe to take 0.5 ml. You have a 60 day supply at this dose. Shake before using each time. Store in the fridge and use within 30 to 60 days.
