A tab a day at present mate 2 hours pre workout ... a lot will frown upon my next comment ...but I will up it to 2 per day at the end of next week and run that for 2 weeks and then back down to 1 per day for the remaining 2 weeks to continue a 6 week run
You know your body, so I don't frown. I think I am going to start with half a tab twice a day. Then bump to 1 tab twice a day. Two weeks on/ two weeks off. Rinse repeat, for a total of 4 weeks. Going to run it half a tab twice a day for the first 7, then 2 tabs a day for the back 7. If I don't get sides from the 2 tabs a day, the second 14 days I will run 2 tabs a day. Looking forward to this. Currently running test prop. I am holding off some dbol for this adrol. Dbol is my all around favorite for winter, but I want to see what this adrol will do. Cheers.
