Also another problem. I mixed .9 bac water into my 8iu vial.I only took 4 ius so far and there is barely 1 iu or 2 left in the vial at most. Should I put more bac water into the vial next time?
WithdrawlMix .8 ml of water in there. Then every 10 units on an insulin syringe equals 1 iu. So if you want 4 iu you'd draw up to the 40 mark on the syringe. My guess is that your math was off and that's why you're short.
gymnutok, here's how i do it.................8iu vial of gh.............. .8 units............. as each iu you draw out will be 1iu.....is this helpful? i use insulin pins...on them are marked 1ml and .10 - .100.units...........each unit will be 1iu...

gymnuti don't get it how you are short? if you put 9iu in then you will get 9 back? ask a mod, or vet....i'm curious as to see if i'm wrong , but that's how ive been doing it 8 months straight......
I took .9 ml from the bac water and injected it into the 8iu vial..Right ? I put extra .10 because some liquids get left over in the syringe. Im about 2 IUS short.
Sounds like your not using a slin pin. Slin pins are more precise and have almost zero left in pin.

WithdrawlIu is a measurement of a chemical compound and not a measurement of liquid. With that said, yes, if you put in .9ml then you should draw out .9 ml. Something happened in your measurement because the water just doesn't disappear. You ARE using an insulin syringe, right?
It was the syringe. I noticed after I pin,I pull the plunger back there is still about .4-5 iu left in the syringe. Just got me some slin pins.Wasted 3 ius..oh well.

Ok so I did my 1st pin today, I worked out about 5 hrs later. I felt a little lethargic after pinning.I took a quick nap and I was ready to workout. After my workout I was even more exhausted,I dont know if its the fact that I worked out or its the lethargy from the GH. The veins on the side of my temples show more than usual and I have a slight headache around temple area. Im gonna switch to pinning at night.I only pinned 1 iu. Now I don't know whether if it was the GH or the new pre-workout that im taking but I had nasty pumps and I'm not even a lifter/bodybuilder . I was doing a body-weight workout. Im not sure if this is a good thing as a fighter to take.It is suppose to enhance endurance training but my legs were so pumped from circuits of alternating jumping lunges/squats that I thought it felt like a pump from orals/ AAs. I did feel as if I had more energy but the leg pumps were painful.Im going to try to workout without preworkout and see if it makes a difference. I usually always take preworkout and I dont get pumps as I did today.
I used to crash soooooo hard after using Craze.Personally I had to give up all 1,3 Dimeth preworkouts because the crash and irritability were terrible a few hours post workout. I must have used 15 tubs of jack3d and Craze over the years.
I'd be looking more at your new pre workout. 1iu should not have you "Feel" much at all.
