You just said below you ordered and paid last Monday, thats 7 days NOT 9. MY TA is 5-14 business days AFTER FUNDS ARE PICKED UP. You are well within my TA. When an order says shipped it just means that we are done with it and it has been handed off to my shippers. They have 2 business days to ship the pack.
