Why is this being discussed? It's no ones business where they get/make their gear just pay and receive it domestically...no reason to ask these types of questions. The only thing appropriate to ask is the gears quality and the sources efficiency not the sources personal information.

a good source will vary where they have payments sent.. outside of the us is very secure and if it isnt unusual for the source then it shouldn't be an issue.
