What happens if customs gets a hold of the product? Do you reimburse your customers?

This sounds dumb to me, but I fuck it, I'm gonna ask. Being as generic as I can be, I live in the rural mountains in the USA. Currently, we're at well below freezing (tis the season for crashed gear indeed).
Regarding bacteriostatic water, does freezing effect it at all? Would freezing the vial break it, or compromise the integrity of the hygeinic rubber seal, etc?
I simply have no friggin clue. If this question is a dummy question, then roast me, lads. If not, can someone help me with my education and share your info? Thanks! -ZeusM

Not a dumb question at all...just how freezing is out there? Which temperatures?
Today it's 10 degrees F (-4 degrees C) and it's only getting colder for a few weeks.
My thought/worry is, if the water in the vial freezes, does it effect:
My instincts are that, water is just water, frozen or liquid, and with no HCG added (yet) that it's all good with back water. Water is water. Still, maybe something is "special" about bac water that I just don't know, and since I don't quite (yet) understand why bac water is needed for HCG it doesn't hurt to ask! (I'm still learning the right questions to search for regarding HCG, and I don't jump into anything blindly!) Thank you both for your good mojo! Gotta love educating oneself, eh? Help!

I think you're safe as we're shipping all over Canada for years now and in all weather.
Also,since it contains alcohol, the freezing point is lower then plain water.
