ok great news we are almost out of the hole that we got in last month EVERYONE who is waiting on a package that was delayed WILL HAVE tracking withing 48 hours and your order will be completed. Some of you guys were super patient and helpful during a very difficult trial, others were down right pissed and I undoubtetly have lost a few customers which is a shame.TO the guys that have gotten angry I just want to publicly apologize and say I understand your frustration having a pack be delayed 2,3,4 weeks and communication suffering ontop of that as well. I just want to say that when all is said and done you will/have gotten your order plus extra. Once The LAST tracking number for guys waiting for delayed packs is sent I will update the site and business will be back as before. even though I am heart broken that our flawless customer service streak was wrecked and a few guys were angry enough to bash us I am proud that inspite of all we went through I will have made good on EVERY order that was placed no excpetions.
