We have spoken with just about everyone that had issues and we are working on getting it all squared away. That is what we do-we resolve problems. Still to this day, we have never scammed anyone and we don't plan on starting now.

Now a bunch of people ordered and never included their eroids username, so not only do they not get the freebie, we don't know who they are.

Additionally, when we come back here, we find it disturbing to see we have people waiting 2 weeks for their order. It is hard to figure out who you are when you send us an email that only has a subject line of "Where is my gear???????" How about "this is joeshmoe" from eroids, my order reference number is XXYYZZBB" and I paid on the 25th" etc, etc.

Patience folks.

You order, we deliver. Simple yet effective. Ever go to a store that has signs posted asking to excuse their remodel? Well how about excuse our shortcomings and let us get these all served?
