His routine wasn’t that much different than what I was doing but different enough to trigger growth for me also the time off was different I may have not been overtraining I was not taking proper time off thinking more is better when if you push yourself twice as much and take the extra day or 2 to recover I’m liking the way I feel and making gains I was stagnant for couple months but now growth

Yes 6-8 weeks off maybe even 10 I'll assess after bloodwork. Going to lower to 4 i.u. gonna pick up a couple EPF somatoged GH to bridge through. Yes I think I'll be nice a ready to go afterwards.
