I got some of that serious mass gainer from optimal nutrition... shot 1200 calories per serving. Use it every once in a while. Serving size is 2 scoops and the scoop is the size of a coffee mug I bet, at least a 1 cup measuring cup. That's just half serving lol. .ocean well in blender tho with milk and ice it's like soft serve chocolate ice cream!

So i make two drinks with each one scoop to get the full one serving. Stuff actually even taste pretty good in my eyes as well.
