Received most of my order, however I’ve emailed them inreagrds to my missing products and haven’t heard shit other than the one time they emailed me back about how if I ordered more I could just let them know in the notes what was missing and they’d send it. Why would I risk getting screwed in another order? Buyers beware.
I used theirs Sermorelin and immediately developed a weird sensation in my heart, 2 days later the weird sensation still continue and last night at the gym i got nauseous and feeling like i was going to faint. Not sure if this is normal with Sermorelin or if the product is something else or contaminated, Going to my doctor tomorrow.
Does anyone knows a lab where i can send one of the Sermorelin vials to be tested?
Anybody had packages actually move in the last few days? They claimed my orders shipped, yet the tracking shows they haven't made it to a USPS facility yet, i.e. not even put in a mailbox. They also still haven't replied to my initial email prior to ordering.
Seems their modus operandi is to print a shipping label and say they shipped the order, while actually not actually doing shit. I shouldn't have been so greedy and impatient, but the cryptocurrency discount was too good to resist. Too good to be true apparently...
PS: Has anybody recently received BPC-157, tadalafil, or Selank from this company? Would you say that it was the true compound? Thanks in advance.
I just got my order yesterday, they have been very lacking with email responses but the order did arrive all the same. Placed on the 2nd and received on the 16th.
I am not sure I would pass judgement myself just yet, since they did have a lot of issues over the past month and from what I hear it's a very small business. I guess the real determining factor is how well the products work...

They left out the only reason I ordered. No BPC to be found, not even my invoice proving I purchased two vials. There was no note left in the package either, like some other customers claimed to have been given. Apparently BPUS has said they're out of certain peptides, but will complete people's orders at a later date.
I emailed them about it but no response yet. Do you have any other suggestions for a BPC source?
I ordered 10/20, paid 10/21, got a response 10/22 with no indication of delays or how their facility was destroyed.
Shipping label created 10/30 and that. was. it...package was never sent, no communication/response despite emails and texts...

I reached out to them again today because the order is marked as complete on their website but no package is ever shipped.
Emailed about tracking number yesterday. Shows it was created 5 days ago. No response. You guys have always done a great job. Hope to hear back, just to put my mind at ease.
UPDATE: Item started moving in tracking. Thank you! I will update when i receive it!
UPDATE: Recieved today with an appology note. Added an extra GW which was nice. Thank you took about 9 days instead of the usual 4

They sent out email that their facility was totally destroyed by the hurricane. Find it strange that you didn’t receive email. Also they said they apologize for anyone that’s order was delayed and they are gonna make it right. October 22nd the email was sent out. I’m sure they will make it right. Their customer service is top notch. PERIOD

Same happened to me but they took care of it and doubled the order for my trouble. It took a month but it was worth it. Every other time it took 3 days.
Just got an email from them saying there will be delay due to a storm and flooding messing up their shipping facility. They will ship out by the end of the week its what it said...
Kinda in the same boat with the guys below. Hang in the guys give them some time I’m sure everything will arrive tomorrow or we’ll be getting feedback shortly.

Their communication hasnt been reliable lately..sent out multiple emails and no reply as their new policy states within 12hrs...its been 24+

I paid an order the 10/16, and no reply from my emails or text. I don't mind to wait but at least communicate to know whats going on.
