What do you think is the best dosage per week? Say you pin MWF. I know it varies on person to person basis on dosage but in your opinion optimal dosage per week what would you run?
I asked him this question when I started, I use 600mg per week. 200mg m/w/f. The results start to really be noticed around week 6-7.

If I have a bottle of DHB that crashes on me, it tends to give me pip for some reason no matter what, even If I bring back to life. Bottles from the same batch that haven't crashed are just fine though.

This batch is super crashy it’s no big deal just need to reconstruct it and it’s fine if you need help let me know. Most labs make this stuff 25 mg mine is 80 so I tried to drop down on the guac and it’s hard to keep it stable. I’m going to drop the concentration down next batch to 50 mg
