Serious question- did you use one of those body- composition scales or machines? (The ones that ask your height etc). If so they may be out some distance. Not saying you aren't in great shape but I was once 6% body fat according to one of those. At best I've probably never hit single digits in reality. Even calipers aren't considered as reliable as once thought.

Think they can what's called a Dexa scan (some kind of x-ray measurement system- http://www.bodyscanuk.com/benefits.html ) underwater measurements and other technical ways. I'm just saying it's possible this guy thinks he's 9% due to inaccurate measuring systems and not trying to make out he's a genetic freak. People sometimes jump on stats but a lot of the time people are putting what they either guess they are or take from these body composition readings. I had scales once which apparently measured my bodyfat but as my bodyfat greatly adjusted depending on my level of hydration according to that device I didn't trust it. And you can google 'body fat percentages' look at images and then lose 2-3 % bodyfat by tensing your abs! If the guy is definitely 9% that's pretty damn ripped for his bodyweight. When I was in the airforce they had a bf% test that was extremely accurate in our gym. It was called a "bod pod" basically a water displacement test that was able to determine your true bf%. Seemed pretty spot on however, I was just a little guy when I first tried it.

Got more hair on my body than on my head! It makes me look more tanned strangely- had a large part shaved when last got tattoo and one side of my chest looked like cream on a mug of coffee.....the most ripped guy I know has been training for years and has (no joke) a 26 inch waist at around 6ft tall as he won't eat in case he loses his 6 pack (ribs). I think it's best to go by the mirror and not worry about numbers!

NotNatural23Here is an idea maybe it is dumb but maybe all the people who ordered the Humas could do a go fund me type of thing on here and have a responsible member take it and send it off to be tested. I don't know how much tests exactly cost except they are expensive. That way we could all chop in some money to get them tested. Just an idea.
