Dfitzskywell it says on the leaflet enclosed to have a ml a day for a ,month.however ive done a ml a day for ten days ..and already noticeable results.plus as i mentioned the tren sides are not pleaseant.so after speaking to a popular member on here ive decided to run it a ml eod.and have 500mg of malay test cyp a week.e.g mon/thurs.im tm going to see what the situation is after this second vial has gone and reascess.hope that helps.
