What's everyone's take on full body work outs vs splits. I come from a pl background (long time ago) but the went to splits now giving full body a shot. If it was good enough for parks, colbert, gironda and even Arnold I thinknearly on must be worth 8 weeks of my time. Volume seems too low though and not enough accessory work so it's more like a hybrid design now.
Going to get burnt for this but I swear by using resistance bands and free weights when I need to mix it up
I've personally never tired low volume heavy weights.

Has anyone used Ripavex 200mg/ml recently??
Am on 2 nd week work as it should bit nasty sides from tren tho lol
Sounds bad but nasty sides is good lol just wanted to make sure it's g2g putting it and the end of my cycle. Read some bad reviews about it being under dosed but to be honest I think every lab is getting flamed at the moment.
