This may be a blood-pressure-related issue; have you checked your blood pressure recently? One may experience exhaustion due to (too) high or low estrogen levels as well; do you use any aromatase inhibitor (e. g. Anastrozole, Exemestane, Letrozole)?

Thought about dropping that test down way low (like 250mg per week or even less), dropping the AI and adding some provi (25mg per days split dose should do for that low test)? I agree though a full blood work up including prolactin would be a good idea.
Anoni think im gonna stick with it i ve got vry good results so far just ordered some caber for prolactin i might even up the tren slightly ive been told more tren less test is the way to go
