When I pinned some subpar prop into my quad I had to tell people I pulled a muscle because I spent a week limping. Miserable
yea i shoot bi's, glutes, delts, quads, calves, and sometimes tri's, i agree that the quads do hurt worse than others, but sometimes the shot can be painless and others it burns like fuck and hurts for a while. but to me the worst by far is the calf muscle, i limped for 3 days after that shit.
