Here are some facts of my Own:
The email box filled in a matter of Hrs due to....not an overload of emails, but because of a few people sending pics of broken bottles. (which is what they should do). It filled out the memory space that is allowed for a safe-mail account. SO it wasn't a bad or non working email, the box was full.
So now why hasn't everyone been answered? well, the guy works a regular job like everyone else and then gets home to answer the emails. so no not everyone can be answered in one night.
So because everyone wasn't answered the first day, SEVERAL people decided to send their messages 3-4 times. so what was a small amount of emails is now a shit load that has to be sorted out.
On top of that, many Noobs/customers did not read the message that was attaached to the Orderissues email. So now within just two days, people are sending new orders and asking about an order they made only 3 days ago, and asking for advice on "lean bulking cycles"
So, final conclusion, what could have been done in 2 days, will now probably take till the weekend.
Well Brandon what you say does make sense, I will give AB the benefit of the doubt, and I know some people just don't get it when it comes to following directions in reference to "many Noobs/customers did not read the message that was attached to the Orderissues email." But again maybe he should suspend new orders until he makes it right with all whom have outstanding orders or at least make it a priority to take care of those few. Not at all trying to come off as a dickhead but that makes the most sense.

And he is, thats why there is a seperate email to fix this (thats been cluttered). New orders go through a different channel. And i'm not arguing or fighting with anyone or kissin ass here. But its alot easier/faster to build something from scratch than to fix someone elses shit.
So new orders, nothing is wrong with them. send them out.
Orders screwedup, gotta flip through and see if that person has an order, check pct tracking numbers, check to see what if anything was sent. (alot more work)

It took two days for a reply but I got one and dude said he'll check it with the list and if good itll be sent out. Now the good thing on my end is money was never picked up after a month. So we'll see what happens. Luckly another source came through to core what I needed at the time.
I dont give a fuck if he has a job or not I have $600 order not received in 30 days but he sure the fuck is receiveing money to send out new orders in 3-4 day turnaround and no im not a new customer and I know foir a fact my email went through like I said I have a safemail acct to and can see when it is opened and read as of right now not even opened. If you where in my shoes you wouldnt be making excuses would you

Sent an email to the ur order is lost email, on Monday. Haven't heard anything back yet, I wouldn't worry about but my computer has been acting up so I don't know if it even went through. How long should I wait before sending another? Been waiting since Nov 11th, been waiting as patiently as possible but I would like some kind of response seeing how those thathave been getting any response at all sem to get their shit

i just emailed his new email for final orders and i hope everything goes well, just like it did for my pervious orders..
well i emailed that order issues email monday and got a reply within a couple hours and late last night i got email saying my order has been shipped so im super stoked!!!! but lets see if it actually all comes
well that makes one of us lol guess dude hasnt checked emails since monday cause I did as well and like I said according to my safe mail acct it hasnt even been opened and I sent it this past monday as well 3 hrs to be exact after it was posted on here

I have an outstanding order, and I've emailed the right address (the outstanding address). However, I have yet to receive a response from the outstanding account. So far, AB has been able to keep good communicate with the other email. I guess all we can do now is wait a bit in the mail.
