Fitnessjunky1987From my years of ordering this is the time of year when customs really step things up last time I order in December they seized a $600 order and on top of that it takes forever to get Orders something that would take a week or two take a month
Telford786I fully agree many folks think that it is a busy period and stuff gets through much easier, but quite the opposite they inspect much more and as a rule I don't order in December also from past experience.

before my package got seized, everything seemed to be smooth with 24hreup...
I ordered 10 geno in the beginning of Sep...
1st package came through but 2nd package of 5 geno got seized...
the package seized date is Oct 14th.
after since I informed 24hreup that the package is been seized, it was really hard to get the email respond from them.
I had my pack seized experience before with other source and they just sent another pack.
but this time 24hreup wants to get the seized pack returned back to them by the US custom before they send me the pack again...
I contacted US custom and US custom officer told me that the pack was returned back to the seller more than a month ago...
Now what.. it is already Dec and still no answer from 24hreup..
Last email I got from 24hreup was just saying "wait"....
running out of my patient now...
hey 24herup.. please check and confirm that you got the package return and send me to my new address...
I have waited so long to get it corrected...
You have been reshipped already bro ! , i might also add when /if we receive the pack we have to pay around 100 usd in import tax and reshipping fee, i did not charge you with any of this .. other suppliers might reship straight away but they do also charge you 3 times as much as i do so there is no loss to them as their loss is covered by their profit margins already.
Please take that into account.

Just today, I got my package arrived to my door...
Thanks god.. it is 2 days before christmas and felt like it is christmas gift came...
It was such a long wait since I initial ordered date and kinda was frustrated when 24hreup did not answer as quick as I expected...
But I understand 24herup might have tons of emails to deal with besides me.
and eventually 24hreup made sure that they send the seized package back again and overall things just worked out to be done...

Telford786It's kinda weird but I am exactly in the same boat as you, I ordered geno's too, first package came through second has got stuck. What I will say, whilst it's frustrating with the lack of comminations, he does get stuff taken care of, just doesn't commincate much, once I told him package was stuck, he told me he was on it. I just think its the way he rolls.
Fingers crossed on both of us getting our second packages, I can't really blame him for the postal/carrier service.
Is 24 on vacation or something? Emailed 2 times no response, first was a week ago. I've used the same email before multiple times
