I placed an order last month decently large and recieved it within 2 weeks. I just placed an order 6/7/2011 and it has just reached 0 stating contact customer service. I contact customer service i recieve track-trace .com. I checked my number and it stated that it was last registered in the ukraine 6/22/11. USPS has no record of my tracking number. I contacted customer service and they keep telling me to wait. I contacted live and they wouldnt let me finish what i had to say by leaving the chatroom. I asked how much longer should i wait before contacing you they stated "you dont need to unless you recieve a letter from customs" " Its your job to track your own package. I dont feel my needs were fulfilled in any of the convos and my package is of no concern since they have recieved my payment. Yes i woudl of ordered already again so they woudl of made more money. I have heard complaints that they falsify their shipping dates etc. I am a regular person who never worries about these things and i dont feel there is much legitamacy. If a rep wants to clear this up and explain whats going on it would bea first because their live service is useless as is their tickets. Estimators estimate... i understand this but im basically in limbo for how long?? i dont even feel like im recieving my package anymore and they are saying "too bad". It almost feels like they pay attention to how many orders you do ;./.
Okay guys, so I decided to commit to NapsGear despite such a huge mix of positive and negatives reviews. (unfortunately mostly negative lately)
I placed my order 07/02/2011 & it is now showing "shipped" as of 07/05/2011. Pretty quick considering it was over the weekend.
I will keep you posted on how long it takes to arrive as this is where the trouble seems to start. I would hope to have it by the end of the month.
Ordered from Napsgear on June 1st Danabol 10 (dianabol) and Clenbuterol. It is now July 5th and still no package. The website says the package should have arrived. Been reading on here and I see that the timer thing is an estimate which is really dis-concerning. I sent it general shipping so that it would be sent to my post office. Was that a mistake and do you think it got seized. Sounds like lots of other people got a tracking number. How did you get that? I really want to track my package so that I can find it. Please HELP!!
And to clarify before the question is asked, after I posted 5 days ago I placed 2 more orders both which I hold now. So I now have 4 orders in hand. Peace
I would recommend to all bros to take your business elsewhere. The excuses are endless for the poor service, customs, weather etc. Since placing my order almost a month ago, have also placed 4 other orders from different sources with each arriving in less than a week. I have no hidden agenda, I receive nothing for the truth I am telling. One or two complaints, let it slide. But all the comments I review date back almost a year. Good service will increase with the demand. Feel free not to take this advice, and you will find yourself where I am with this source. Looking at a tracking ticker expired, with nothing to show, and a whole board of consistent complaints about the very same thing. If you have had success before, glad for ya. If you are new, I would advise to continue looking and pay a little more for better results. Peace
Warning, dont order from napsgear.net they are really scammer. At the first order they shipped fakes and at the second order they did not ship anything. We should all place a complain at Moldowa authorities and Western Union.
I ordered from them last year received my order in 13 days. Seemed good enough to me i ordered a large order of GP dbol, m1t, nolva, and winstrol. I did not only order for myself i ordered for others to. None of us showed any results at all. I have used d bol before gained 20 pounds in a month and have used m1t gaining 15 pounds in a month. However i did somehow get minor gyno from the products but not a tiny bit of results im looking to order again and hopefully get something better if anyone can help me out.
How is this for a reply to a customer?

They guarantee to replace a shipment that customs confiscates but send a reply like that.
Netgear.net has very poor customer service! Now they say I will have to wait another 2 top 3 weeks on top of the 2 months I have already waited. Won't be dealing with these jerk offs any more and will make sure my friends don't as well. I have been working out for over 30 years and have a world record so I am not young kid and will take this crap from these people and would not recommend them to anyone!
Ok, so I placed my first (small) order with Naps, got it in about 3 1/2 weeks. I gotta say, the Sustanon I got seemed quite a bit underfilled, but that's from the lab, not on Naps. I got it. I'm still in my 3rd week of the cycle, so I will wait before making a full review. Strength gains are nice, keeping the calories low as I don't want to get HUGE, but gained about 5 pounds anyways.
Put my second order in, since the shipping is s-l-o-w... So far everything's gone through with that one fine. Should receive it in a few weeks. Crossing fingers. Will update.
Shipping from naps to the us is painful! It took my order 9wks to arrive. Maybe I'm spoiled with my quick domestic source but communication and ta needs work. At least the gear was decent.
I ordered from napsgear.net and my order was supposed to be shipped on May 3. Haven't seen it yet. Sent a ticket in and haven't gotten a response in 2 days. The 12 hour response time has expired by just a bit! Not very satisfied at this point. Also in the past 2 days my order has gone from shipped to not yet shipped with no explanation as to why.
had 2 successful orders with them in the last 10 months. fast t/a on the first order, but slower on the second one, still early than estimated though. nice packing, G2G.
napsgear sent some GP test prop to me that did not show up as authentic. he assured me the product was good to go and the website should have been updated last weekend. well im checking even now and it still shows up as not authentic. do you really expect me to put something in my body like its nothing?
Thanks Naps! Ordered two pct stacks and arrived to west coast in 4 weeks and all appears to be gtg. The count down calculator was dead nuts on. I will be ordering again from you soon... this first order was some what of a test run. You mentioned shipping times will be getting better. What can I expect to west coast USA?
cheap prices and good gear BUT bad shipping . the first time i order it took 8 days to US-Texas . and second time its been 2 months and they just reship my package so who know
napsgear - your site says USD only. Western Union online only wants to give me the choice of sending Euros or Leus. What do you suggest I do here? ..

I totally disagree on you guys breaking shipping records as of july, It has been almost 6 weeks and I still havent gotten my order its been in Ukraine for the past 2 weeks as well, I hope this site turns around its customer service shipping rate, Great product I give them a 10 for that but a 1 for shipping.
