Something terrible has happened to this company. It used to supply good quality peptides which I had previously purchased several times prior. The quality used to be good.
My last order was confirmed on the website, however I did not get a confirmation email or order update via email. 2 weeks after I paid, and I had heard nothing from the company. I sent 3 emails to them so far, all of which have been ignored.
I lost US$540 which I sent in Bitcoin. I have proof of the transaction which I have sent to them. I am currently in Hong Kong so I went out to Science Park where they are supposedly located, but they do not have an office there. Maybe they moved operations to China. I have no way to contact them or track them down other than via email on their website, and since they never reply I can only assume my money was stolen and I'll never get it back.

I did not get any reply from customer service until I started posting about my experience online. They publicly replied on another forum that they would email me and address the problem. This was over 6 weeks ago. I sent them proof of payment and then heard nothing back from them, even though I have since emailed them 4 times asking for an update.
If I have any update from the company and things are fixed, I will update on here. So far though it's been 2 months total (since I ordered) and I've heard back only one email asking for proof of payment (after I complained online about them publicly) and then nothing else. What a shame that this company has turned into a criminal enterprise.
After placing an order of $ 708 20 days ago, with a supposed delivery time of 1 week, I have not received any communication from the store. I have tried to contact them 3 times by email and on their contact form and I have not received any response.
I'm almost sure I lost $ 708.
